Quality Statement

Total Quality understood as a way of life has been applied in the Ferretti Group as in Fyre S.A. de C.V., for a number of years now. Special attention has been given to the continuous development and application of the Quality System and activities directed towards the Quality Improvement Processes.

For Fyre S.A. de C.V., total quality guarantees corporate growth as well as its continuity.

For this reason Fyre maintains a quality policy and a management model that persues excellence following the guidelines set by Ferretti Group.

In this way, management by processes is installed in each project and service that is contracted and performed whether internally between the group companies or with auxiliary industries, suppliers, clients and society in general.

Fyre S.A. de C.V. is committed to developing its total quality policy throughout the organization for which it is necessary to:

Listen to our clients and involve them, from the very beginning of the contract, in determining the quality that they want and the systems to be applied to assure their complete satisfaction,

Provide continuous training in quality techniques to our employees on all levels.

Implicate our subcontractors and suppliers in our commitment to quality.

Keep our Operative Procedures up to date in accordance with the criteria defined in internationally recognized standards,

Write and periodically update quality plans and organizations for all our activities as a necessary condition for obtaining total quality.

Assure that contract specifications are viable and have been fully understood by everyone who will participate in the work process
